HOW WE MAKE IT
Through years of research and testing, we have developed a unique method of forging carbon fiber under extreme heat and pressure. This allows us to create a distinctive marble design that closely resembles the beautiful patterns of sea waves and snakeskin, while still maintaining the strength, durability, and lightness of carbon fiber.

In order to make the most of the forged carbon fiber process, we knew that we needed to create a special aluminum mold that could withstand the high levels of heat and pressure involved. After much experimentation and testing, we were successful in creating a mold that could handle the unique demands of our process.

At our shop, we take great care in preparing the pre-preg carbon fiber for use in our jewelry. Each piece is carefully cut and inspected to ensure that it meets our strict standards of quality.

After each piece has been cured and strengthened, it undergoes a meticulous 3-step polishing process, which is performed entirely by hand. Ensuring that every surface is smooth and comfortable to the touch.
SUSTAINABILITY
At our shop, we are deeply committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We believe that it is our duty to protect the planet for future generations, and we take this responsibility seriously.
Our jewelry is made with materials that are carefully selected for their sustainability and eco-friendliness. For example, our forged carbon fiber is made with pre-preg carbon fibers that are sourced from sustainable suppliers. Additionally, we use strontium aluminate glow, a non-toxic and eco-friendly material, to add a unique and vibrant glow to some of our pieces.
We also take great care to minimize waste in our production process. We use efficient manufacturing techniques to ensure that we use only the materials we need, and any excess material is recycled or repurposed.
